By downloading, installing, or using the Married Dads VR Podcast Room App ("App") or visiting marrieddads.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. Use of this App requires a compatible Meta Quest device and acceptance of Meta's Terms of Service.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to: violate any applicable laws or Meta Platform Policies; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; impersonate any person or the Married Dads hosts; attempt unauthorized access to the App or its servers; transmit viruses or harmful code; or collect data about other users without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content including the "Married Dads" name and brand, the iconic hand logo, and the "Vibez" mark are owned by Married Dads Podcast and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE CONTENT OF THE MARRIED DADS PODCAST REPRESENTS THE OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL HOSTS AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR RELATIONSHIP ADVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARRIED DADS PODCAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Use of the App on Meta Quest is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
